This program is designed for athletes that want to compete and take their game to another level. This program is based around the schedule of the Crossfit® Games Open and other competitions.

- 60 Minutes twice a day. 5 Days a week.

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Elite, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Barbell and bumper plates, pull up rig, jump rope, a wall ball and some dumbbells. Can be done in garage, home gym or commercial gym. Crossfit gyms work the best for this plan.
