PROGRAM FEATURES
This program is designed to help you get stronger and bigger. The program focuses on back squats, front squats, deadlifts and presses. 5-6 days a week with optional conditioning 2 days a week.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
WHO IS IT BUILT FOR?
Athletes with a desire to gain mass and strength in traditional lifts.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING?
Progressive loading intervals. Percentage based lifts. Some weeks will be 5X5s, 5X7s or 3X10s, Heavy single lifts, 1RM. 5-6 days a week of lifting and an optional 1-2 days of coniditioning.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Competitor, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Barbell and as many metal or bumper plates you can handle. You will also need a squat rack & a bench.
