- Covers Clean and Jerk and Snatch Techniques as well as heavy pulling, pushing and squatting.

- Program best used in a Crossfit/Olympic Lifting Gym or Home Gym if Set Up with barbell with rack, bench, and weights. You should have enough weights to build to heavy sets.

Clean and Jerk and Snatch work. Other Techniques centered around perfecting your Olympic lifts. Expect heavy pulling, pushing and squatting with this program.

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Competitor, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Barbell and bumper plates, A Squat rack, jerk blocks. This program is best suited for a Crossfit or olympic Lifting Gym or Complete Garage Set Up For Olympic Lifting.
